    Ms. Sherry, That flower is a Cleome. You can get seeds at some specialty plant shops. I've grown them, they're very easy, drop seed and spread like crazy. They come in a variety of beautiful colors. I love their crazy shape, too. They can get very tall also. My grandmother (mamama) has given me seeds. I love that flower!
